5. Certificate Validity and Renewal

Let's Encrypt certificates expire after 90 days. While the Service attempts automatic renewal for eligible domains, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your certificates remain valid. We are not liable for any downtime caused by certificate expiry.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort, "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability of certificate issuance. Scheduled maintenance or Let's Encrypt outages may temporarily affect the Service.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

8. Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke certificates and terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for abusive purposes, or where domain ownership cannot be verified.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or website availability.
